Solder paste masks, we require a Gerber file for the SMD placement layer
Placing the components
For conventional components the customer will need to issue a parts and placement list
For SMD placement the customer will need to issue a Gerber file and x,y,theta placement list preferably as a .csv or .xls file
Flux removal, cleaning process
Flux residue is removed by an ultrasonic deionised water process.
Unsuitable components for this cleaning process are placed after the event
RoHS compliance
Documentation can be produced to provide certification for customer’s assemblies
