Andrew Gardner is a graduate design engineer with 35 years of experience in the electronic and electrical engineering field.

Andrew bought the on-going business from Midwinter Services Ltd in September 2009 and has expanded the business to offer a wide range of services to the customer.

Andrew says: “Engineering has been my passion since I was old enough to hold a screwdriver. I am truly blessed to be given the chance to work with a team who share that passion”.

Peter Horwood joined us in March 2011 to look after our customers and maintain a smooth contract dialog to ensure that the customer knows when their product will be delivered and where, in the assembly schedule, their product is.

He will be expanding the sales of Midwinter to ensure a firm and steady growth rate and he will be the person to talk to if you would like us to quote for your assembly.

Peter has many years of management and sales experience and is a welcome addition to the Midwinter team as we move forward.
